Argos goes above and beyond to help a customer called Skeletor

Fair warning: This is one of those 'brands being people on Twitter' stories.

Caveat: It's a very good one though.


Yesterday, Twitter user @GrumpySkeletor who almost exclusively tweets pictures of He-Man, got in contact with Argos's customer service account to inquire about a replacement toaster.

@ArgosHelpers, or more specifically 'Emily', got back in touch.

@GrumpySkeletor replied:

Ha, good joke and end of story, right? Nope.

This prompted much hilarity and recognition of true dedication to customer service.

Emily got it in the end though.
