Warning: This post contains a subversive drawing of a vagina

Health secretary Jeremy Hunt was dealt a major blow today when 98 per cent of junior doctors in England voted to strike over proposed changes to their contracts.

Hunt is trying to change the definition of 'antisocial' working hours, changes that doctors warn would put patient safety at risk by encouraging unsafe working patterns.

This is obviously a major development in the running battle between doctors and the health secretary, and of huge significance for the NHS, so the story had top billing on BBC2's Daily Politics programme.

Unfortunately producers didn't quite seem to spot the detail in a protest banner on a picture they chose to illustrate the story.

Yes that is a quite NSFW drawing looming behind presenter Andrew Neil.

You can read more about the implications of the strike and the proposed reforms here.
