If you’re unfamiliar with Reddit, the subreddit TIFU is a place to confess ways in which you have slightly let yourself down, as the name ‘Today I F---ed Up’ suggests.
Reddit user The Orange Duke has achieved momentary internet adoration by retelling his first day at his new internship.
The story goes exactly as the image above suggests: the poor duck managed to fall asleep at his desk.
Orange Duke's new colleagues took pity on him, and he has not been fired, but instead treated to an ensemble selfie.
As a result, the submission has since been removed, as his mistake was not deemed grievous enough to join the hallowed ranks of r/tifu.
However, his photo did become the stuff of legend over on the Photoshop Battles subreddit, where many delighted in manipulating the image for effect.
