Former First Lady of the United States, Nancy Reagan, died this weekend.
The 94-year-old, who was married to late president Ronald Reagan, passed away at her home in Los Angeles after suffering from heart failure.
Hailed as a "shrewd adviser, devoted wife and committed advocate," Mrs Reagan's death was seen in many ways as the end of a political era.
But clearly not everyone marked it with quite the respect that could be expected for one of the most influential First Ladies in history:
That's right, a local affiliate of NBC decided to illustrate the story of her death with a stock image of a waxwork which was unveiled at the Washington, DC version of Madame Tussauds in 2014.
Needless to say, it was quickly deleted.
