Sometimes, you just need a little bit of Backstreet Boys in your life.

This was the case in a New York train, when a man came on blasting Backstreet Boys on a speaker.

Civil rights attorney Joel Wertheimer was exhausted after a “tough week” and just wanted a quiet, calm journey home.

Instead, he was charmed into singing I Want It That Way by the Backstreet boys.

The entire train joined in.

He posted a video on Twitter with the following caption: “Had a really tough week and tonight I was the subway and some guy walks between train cars, shirtless, bumping a speaker.”

I wasn't in the mood for Showtime particularly. But sometimes people and life surprise you and a little magic happens.

It is beautiful

In a stroke of serendipity, Twitter user Sarah Gray was also on the same train at the same time

Others wondered why Wertheimer cut the recording short, and his answer was too pure: "To enjoy the moment"

New Yorkers were proud of their subway

This is the kind of wholesome content we can get down with

Backstreet Boys, your move.
