How much the world's highest paid male and female actors get paid compared to each other

In news that will, sadly, shock absolutely no one, the world's highest paid female actors get aid noticeably less than their male counterparts.

Figures released by Forbes this week revealed that Jennifer Lawrence, the world's highest paid female actor, is paid less then Johnny Depp, who only comes fifth on the list of male actors.

That trend continues down the list: Melissa McCarthy, the second highest paid woman, would be tied eighth on the men's list; Scarlett Johansson, in third, wouldn't even make the top 10; and so on, and so forth.
