Svetlana and Yuriy Panteleenko live with a 136kg brown bear, Stepan.

Stepan was found in the woods near to their home after having lost his mother. The couple adopted him when he was just three months of age, meaning he hadn't yet grown out of his gentle ways. He's now 23-years-old and 2.1m tall.

A video by Caters News shows Stepan doing many adorable/scary things, such as play fighting with Yuriy and playing catch with Svetlana.

This appears to be tiring stuff, so the family retreats for some TV time (note the image on the wall of Stepan drinking a beer.)

As a big fella, Stepan eats over 25kg of food every day...

Mostly he seems to love a cuddle with his two pet humans.

Stepan isn't just a House-Bear. He's also been employed for an anti-hunting campaign with Russian model Maria Sidorova.

High five Stepan! You looked great!
