Israel's prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with the Greek president to discuss, among other things, "energy, tourism, knowledge and innovation" between the two countries.

One of the more eye-catching parts of a statement Netanyahu released afterwards was this, on the refugee crisis:

Which, er, as many people have pointed out, seems to be a strange thing for the leader of a nation founded by refugees in the wake of war and genocide to be bragging about...
