Rupert Murdoch has arrived in Scotland amid rumours at least one of his papers could support Scottish independence.

The Scottish Sun has remained tight-lipped about who it will back ahead of Thursday's referendum.

Murdoch was spotted in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Fife, but is not thought to have joined any campaign events.

He has previously backed SNP leader Alex Salmond, and has no love for David Cameron's Conservatives.

Meanwhile, a Survation poll for the pro-Union Better Together campaign showed the No vote ahead.

Survation poled 1,044 people between September 10 and 12 by telephone.
