The nights when we lose the most sleep

Did you sleep well last night? If the answer is yes, you are in a minority with Sunday being the evening people lose the most sleep, according to a new poll from Time4Sleep.

They found that most people lose between 2-3 hours of sleep on a Sunday evening, with it being the night people lose the most sleep from stress. Saturday night is the best for sleeping with only 3 per cent of people losing sleep from stress. Younger people are most likely to lose 5 – 6 hours’ of sleep on Sunday evenings than any other group.
