The first person to have their tweets added to the A-Level English list of set texts has topped a poll to be crowned the funniest British woman on Twitter.

Journalist Caitlin Moran fought off competition from Great British Bake Off host Sue Perkins and Harry Potter author JK Rowling in a poll by Stylist Live.

A survey of 2,700 Stylist readers found the following the funniest:
