Cast your mind back to 31 May when Donald Trump tweeted possibly his greatest ever errant thought.

That's right, it was the day Trump invented the word "covfefe" and sent the Internet into meltdown.

It will probably go down as one of the highlights of 2017 and it has already found use outside of Twitter jokes.

A test paper allegedly from the Indian Statistical Institute, which is based throughout the country, has gone viral for one specific question.

On the paper, which is dated 1 December 2017, question five asks the test taker to use a formula to discover the expected time of the first use of the world "covfefe."

Take a look for yourself.

If you can understand that question, let alone find the answer, we salute you.

The image of the paper has now earned a lot of attention and it has even been sent to Trump himself.

Meanwhile, over on Reddit, someone has actually tried to solve the conundrum, which deserves a round of applause:

More: The dictionary has no idea what covfefe means either
