Another day, another viral bride with unreasonable demands.

The internet seems to be endlessly fascinated by brides behaving badly, and the most recent incident involves a guest with tattoos and blue hair.

Recently, a wedding guest shared a message from a bride-to-be demanding she cover her tattoos by wearing a jacket, and colour her bright blue hair a neutral colour.

The party guest, who is friends with the groom, shared the message on the Facebook group, ‘That’s it, I’m wedding shaming (non ban-happy edition).’

It read: “Hey so with my wedding, I wanted to ask if you could please make sure your tattoos are covered & could you maybe fix your hair up so it’s a natural cover? We’ve put a lot of work into our theme and I’m sorry but your look clashes with it. Even if you just put some spray or something on your hair for the night. [sic]”

I just want it too all look perfect and I can send you some ideas nice long sleeve dresses for you to wear or just wear a jacket. If you want I can give you **** number cause I asked her the same thing and you two could go shopping together.

The guest responded initially by saying that as she is sensitive to the heat, she can’t wear a long-sleeved jacket, but she will look into a spray and options to cover her hair – though she won’t be dying it.

The bride became irate.

“I know it’s hot but it’s my one day so if you can’t suck it up I feel like you don’t really care about me or *** and probably shouldn’t come,” she began her rant.

I’m not asking much and it’s not my fault you get hot. Buy some make up for your tattoos then if you want to be at my wedding you’ll figure it out. *** is in full agreement with me on this so don’t bother texting him like I know you’re planning to. If you turn up on the day without anything covered you won’t be let in to the venue.

The guest tried to be reasonable for a final time, telling the bride that cover up is expensive and she is still struggling to pay off a car accident bill.

The bride wasn’t having it. “Yeah I know you had an accident,” she began.

But your money issues aren’t my problem. If you want to be there you will figure it out. It doesn’t matter that you’re not in the wedding party you’ll still be in photos and you will ruin them. Your very pretty normally but your look doesn’t work for my wedding and it is very fair to ask you to do something simple so that my day is perfect.

What did the guest end up doing? Who knows.

The wedding is happening in December though, so they’ll probably be a viral follow-up.
