Rainbows make for great photos. But hundreds of thousands of people clad in rainbow colours - plus glitter, flowers and anything-goes - gives you almost too many great pictures choose from.

Almost. But we think we've managed.

Brighton's LGBT+ Pride delivered again this year, as around 300,000 people took to the streets to celebrate and the Pet Shop Boys took to the stage to headline the event.

This year is particularly special, marking 50 years since the partial decriminalisation of homosexuality in England and Wales - and these snaps prove it was one of the best and most colourful parades ever.

Even the Princess of Wales Parachute Regiment showed their colours by delivering the Rainbow Pride flag to the parade.
