Technology has given us so much over the past few years. New medicines, new ways to travel and of course, new ways to get a laugh.
In Amanda's case, it was a special “balding app” on her phone that brought a few hours of joy - when she decided to snap a few pictures and fire them over to her partner.
She claimed on Imgur that she:
Decided to send a picture of myself using it to my boyfriend, assuming he'd probably know it was a joke. Well, turns out he didn't, so I just went with it.
She allegedly sent him this picture, first of all, and he didn't exactly start off calmly:

And he just kept spiralling:

He quickly got past the point of being able to write real words:

Even when he was told it was for charity, there was no calming this man down:

Well, that didn't go so well. What happened to loving your partner no matter what?
Of course, posts of this nature can be easily Photoshopped or simply staged - this is the internet after all.
We've dropped Amanda a line to find out how relieved her boyfriend was after she revealed it was all fake - and exactly how long she kept the prank going... From the looks of things, it was a while.
