A scientist just proved why there is no such thing as the best porn film ever

Yes, it turns out that people are diverse beings with diverse preferences.

Neuroscientist Nicole Prause, writing on Quora coated that common sense with science.

Prause and her team studied sex films for the purposes of stimulation in her laboratory using data gathered from the Kinsey Institute, whose 2003 study looked at the sexual preferences in men and women using films from the Adult Video Network award wins.

It turns out, the films that won in 2003 were not praised as great sex scenes when Prause and her team used them again in 2008.

For example, the movie that won best film in 2003 was The Fashionistas, however by Prauses's logic, the feature would have lost its popularity after five years.

There were a number of grievances participants of the later study cited about the earlier movies, including outdated styles and poor video quality.

Ultimately, it boils down to personal preference and societal trends.
