Adding further proof to the suspicion that senior diplomats have little else better to do than send out snide messages on social media, a Russian embassy office has continued its proxy Twitter war with Nato.
Following a spat of 'geographical jibes' last week between the Russian and Canadian envoys to Nato, the Russian embassy in UAE has posted a picture of toy tanks on Twitter which appears to mock international accusations that the Russian military is operating in Ukraine.
Meanwhile, the leaders of Nato are meeting in Celtic Manor near Newport, Wales. Top of their agenda, along with a plan of how to handle Isis, will be discussing the Western response to the Ukraine crisis.

No, Russia has not invaded Wales, as far as we can tell. But a series of model tanks, military vehicles and aircraft have been placed around the golf resort - for reasons currently unknown.
