Luke Skywalker just accidentally supported a British football team thinking it was an animal

The actor Mark Hamill, most famous for his role as Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars trilogy, is a Wolves fan.

(But only by mistake).

On Saturday, the Twitter account for Wolves Fancast, a podcast all about (you guessed it) Wolverhampton FC shared an interesting insight into Hammill's football mad mind.

In response, Hamill explained that he was actually an animal lover.

The Wolves podcast had some words of counsel for the Jedi Knight.
