This porn star's attempt to troll a sportsman went horribly wrong

Former porn star Mia Khalifa tried to troll a basketball player on Twitter this weekend, and it didn't go as planned.

The 23-year old tried to mock the height of basketball player Isaiah Thomas, after his team the Boston Celtics played the Washington Wizards (she's a big fan of the Wizards).

Isiah Thomas is 5"9 (1.75m) 10 inches (0.25m) shorter than the average NBA player, who tower over the rest of us at 6"7 (2m).

The joke had potential to be funny, except that Khalfia at only 5"2 (1.57m), is 7 inches (18cm) shorter than Thomas.

The irony wasn't missed by Twitter users, who scored some slam-dunks roasting the former Porn Hub #1 rated star for the tweet.

Fans also shared videos of the player - showing, he'd almost definitely going to be able to reach.

The star is known for trolling sports stars and has caused controversy in the past for wearing an Islamic hijab in a porn video.

Khalifa has also opened up about receiving death threats from people in her native Lebanon as a result of her porn career.

In November, a petition was started asking Donald Trump to make her the US envoy to Saudi Arabia.
