Notoriously unfazed, fixed with a steely glare and an ability to stand on duty for hours on end, being a guard outside Buckingham Palace must rank among the most sober jobs in the world.
But this unassuming Grenadier Guard is now being investigated by the Ministry of Defence after footage emerged of him entertaining the crowds by dancing, pirouetting and performing what has been described as a 'comical speed walk' and 'hip-swinging strut'.
Anyone who is found to fall short of the Army’s high standards can expect to face appropriate action.
