Republican senator Rand Paul told to ‘get f**ked’ during virtual town hall meeting

Republican senator Rand Paul was on the receiving end of a rather blunt message during a town hall meeting on Friday from a Kentucky resident.

Paul, who has represented Kentucky since 2011, is an outspoken conservative and supporter of Donald Trump and refused to recognise Joe Biden’s win at the 2020 presidential election.

Needless to say, if you aren’t a fan of the Republicans then Paul is gonna be quite high up on the list of people to despise. Therefore it shouldn’t be surprising that the 58-year-old was very publicly trolled by TikToker Alexis Toon last week.

In a video shared on Toon’s TikTok page, she tells the senator during a virtual town hall meeting: “Hi, senator, I am a proud Kentucky citizen, and I just wanted to tell you to get f**ked.”

Paul’s silence and almost look of embarrassment in his eyes say it all.

Although Toon has since made the video private on her TikTok is has inevitably gone viral (it has more than four million views on Twitter at the time of writing) and put a smile on many people’s faces albeit at the expense of Paul.

According to Huff Post, Toon was contacted “for some unknown reason they called and asked if I’d like to join the town hall Q&A so I took the opportunity and ran with it.”

Paul is currently running for re-election in 2022 against former Kentucky state legislator Charles Booker.
