Netflix's latest original series, The End of the F***ing World, has already gained widespread acclaim from critics and with episodes only twenty minutes long it has rapidly become the most bingeable show ever.

At the time of writing the series has the rare 100% ‘fresh’ rating on review site Rotten Tomatoes; one of only a handful of shows to have achieved this.

Netflix CEO Reed Hastings branded it “most engaging addictive original wild show in a long time” on Facebook.

The eight-part extravaganza stars English actor Alex Lawther who plays James. You may recognise him from series three Black Mirror episode 'Shut Up and Dance'.

James, 17, believes he’s a psychopath, who regularly kills animals for fun. His classmate, Alyssa, decides to run away from home with him, ignorant of the fact that he has apparently decided to kill her. The pair embark on a wild road trip adventure "from hell" and with plenty of twists and turns along the way.

Top critic Sophie Gilbert hailed it as “pitch-black perfection” in herreview. While Emily Ashby of Hollywood.com said it’s a dramedy that “raises talking points for mature teens.”
