Let's be honest, if you don't like cats you can just leave right now because this article definitely isn't for you.

Now that's over and done with, we can all agree that cats are awesome and anyone that doesn't like them is a big meany.

Cats should be celebrated every hour of the day and in every possible way, such as having them on lunchboxes because... why not?

That's exactly what 10-year-old Ryker wanted to do with his cat themed lunchbox at school.

We wouldn't begrudge the little guy from doing such a thing, but kids are unfortunately cruel and Ryker was sadly bullied because of the lunchbox.

It got so bad that Ryker would refuse to take his lunch into school in order to prevent the teasing.

Rather than stand-by and accept this, his mother's cousin David Pendragon decided to do something about it.

Taking to Facebook, David shared a post about Ryker and his lunchbox and stated that from now on he would begin to take the same lunchbox into his place of work as a sign of solidarity.

David's move went down a treat with his colleagues in the office and everyone showed their support for Ryker.

Better yet, David's post went viral on Facebook and at the time of writing has been shared more than 60,000 times on the website.

The post has been flooded with messages of support for Ryker and some users have even purchased other cat-themed lunchboxes to show that loving cats isn't anything to be ashamed of.
