Almost half of British adults rely on autocorrect and spell checking while writing and many people have difficulty spelling commonly used words, a literacy study found.
'Embarrassment', 'occasionally' and 'necessary' are listed as top words which stump writers.
This latest puzzle with a difference is allegedly stumping even the best spelling whizzes. Playbuzz designed this encrypted test and claims only one per cent of Americans will be able to ace it.
Can you crack it? It replaces letters with numbers and players must choose the correct spelling out of two versions of the same word.
