If you're a member of the Trump administration, the best advice we can give you right now is don't try to eat in a restaurant.

Last month, Sarah Sanders and her family were ejected from a restaurant in Virginia after the establishment's owner asked her to leave.

Now another member of Trump's team has been approached in a restaurant over their association with the president and their political leanings.

On Monday, Trump's Environmental Protection Agency administrator Scott Pruitt was approached in the Teasim restaurant in Washington DC and accosted over his environmental policies.

Pruitt, who was eating at the restaurant with a friend, was approached by Kristin Mink, a 33-year-old mother and teacher from Silver Spring, Maryland, who urged him to resign.

In a video that Mink uploaded to Facebook, she confronts Pruitt with her two-year-old child in her arms and tells the EPA head:

This is not my wheelhouse, confronting people in a restaurant.

I just wanted to urge you to resign, because of what you’re doing to the environment in our country.

This is my son, he loves animals, he loves clean air, he loves clean water.

So I would urge you to resign before your scandals push you out.

The New York Post reports that Pruitt said nothing in response to her and left shortly after Mink had spoken to him.

Talking to the Post, Mink explained that Pruitt was sitting just three tables away when her husband noticed him.

I had to decide what to say, he’s so scandal-ridden.

I jotted down just a couple points that I wanted to make to him that were a little on the specific side.

This moment comes amidst a series of spending scandals that have rocked Pruitt's office, with reports stating that he has used tax-payer money to fly first class, spent $4 million on a security detail, and pays low rent to a landlord who is also a gas and oil lobbyist.

When approached for a comment on the incident, a spokesperson from the EPA informed the Post that Pruitt did not leave as a result of what was said to him.

Administrator Pruitt always welcomes input from Americans, whether they agree or disagree with the decisions being made at EPA.

This is evident by him listening to her comments and going on to thank her, which is not shown in the video.

His leaving had nothing to do with the confrontation, he had simply finished his meal and needed to get back to the EPA for a briefing.
