50 Cent has changed his mind about backing president Trump, just a week after first endorsing him.

Last week, the rapper announced his endorsement of Trump despite acknowledging that the president “doesn’t like Black people”.

He cited tax reasons as one of the main reasons for his support.

Now, just a few days later, the rapper has shifted his support.

50 Cent posted a video of an interview between Jimmy Fallon and his ex Chelsea Handler.

In the interview, Handler said: “He doesn’t want to pay 62 per cent of taxes because he doesn’t want to go from being 50 Cent to 20 Cent.”

She continued: “I had to remind him that he was a Black person, so he can’t vote for Donald Trump, and that he shouldn’t be influencing an entire swath of people who may listen to him because he’s worried about his own personal pocketbook.”

50 Cent then shared the video with the caption: “F**k Donald Trump, I never liked him.”

He continued: “For all I know he had me set up and had my friend Angel Fernandez killed but that’s history. LOL.”

Handler joked that she might be able to go for “another spin” if he renounced his support.

50 Cent is not the only rapper who has enraged the public for supporting the president.

Kanye West is running for president but has, previously, worn a MAGA hat and displayed support for Trump.
