Members of the public were asked if the most talked out public figures on YouGov.com were above, below or of average intelligence.
Among those scoring best were Barack Obama, Margaret Thatcher and (somehow) Boris Johnson. Scoring worst alongside "Dubya" were Republican candidate Donald Trump, Ukip leader Nigel Farage and health secretary Jeremy Hunt - who was perceived to be the least intelligent British public figure.
