Boris Johnson gets heckled in the most British way possible

Boris Johnson got heckled in the most British way possible during a visit to a garden centre in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The Conservative leadership hopeful visited the area as part of his campaign trail ahead of the final vote later this month.

What Johnson was probably unprepared for is the heckling that ensued.

For many, the sight of Johnson unleashes something in them, and they can’t help but to criticise in a very British manner.

"Good luck with your preposterous ideas," one woman says as Boris walks through the garden centre in a now viral video, prompting him to awkwardly smile and say, "Thank you very much."

Before long, a man joins the fray with a single, furiously-uttered word - "Crazy!" - followed by another, who states: "Shame your brother’s not running."

Awk-ward.

Boris basically got a right old telling off. And people online are loving it.

It was inspired.

Classic.
