A Zoo in Texas is offering the ultimate in feel-good Valentine’s Day.

El Paso Zoo is not only giving men and women the chance to name their ex’s after cockroaches, they’ll even feed them to Meerkats on the special day.

(The cockroach, not the ex).

So if you had a particularly horrid ex, or a boy who ghosted, this is your chance to get them back a little.

How can you do this?

You can message the zoo on their Facebook page with your ex’s name and then wait until 14 February to watch them get devoured during the ‘Quit Bugging Me’ meerkat event.

Staff will live stream the event on Facebook and the zoo’s website, and the names of the exes will be shown around the meerkat exhibit on social media starting on the 11th.

Talking to CBS News, El Paso Zoo event coordinator Sarah Borrego said:

The meerkats love to get cockroaches as a snack and what better way to celebrate Valentine’ Day than by feeding them a cockroach named after your ex!

And they’re not the only ones offering Valentine’s Day treats

Bronx Zoo is doing their annual name a ‘roach event, too, in reverse. Rather than naming a critter after your ex, you can name one after your “sweetheart.”

The Hemsley Conservation Centre in Kent, England, will name a cockroach after your ex in exchange for a donation.

Australia’s Wild Life Sydney has done one better – they’re offering to name your ex after a snake. The zoo wrote:

Name a snake after your ex this Valentine's Day! 🐍

Is your ex a snake? If so, now is your opportunity to cement their ‘snaky status’ by naming a brown snake (one of the world’s most venomous snakes) after them at WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo!

To enter, simply head to the link in our bio and tell us why your ex deserves to have a snake named after them along with a $1 donation to the @wildlifeconservationfund
