Here's what the newspapers have been up to on election day

Yesterday, on the eve of the tightest election for a generation, we brought you news that Britain's newspapers had seemingly lost the plot.

While they appear to have (only very) slightly toned down the partisanship on election day itself, some of the splashes are nevertheless still ridiculous.
