A student organisation at North Carolina State University has launched an on-campus demonstration, displaying notes starting with ‘Dear White People’.
It's part of the campus's Diversity Education Week.
Here's what the display looks like:

Don’t fetishize me.

Do I think all white people are overtly racist? No. Do I think all white people benefit from racism? Yes.

Recognise you and everyone has prejudices, recognise when they surface, and try to change them.
