This 2013 Meghan Markle interview has gone viral for all the wrong reasons

A 'creepy' and 'sexist' interview with Meghan Markle from an episode of The Late Show in 2013 has resurfaced and is going viral for all the wrong reasons.

In the interview, Markle is questioned about her work on Suits by the interviewer Craig Ferguson.

However, Fergerson soon becomes fixated with Meghan's lack of body hair, and then the fact that she used to wear a schoolgirl's uniform.

The pair start chatting about Meghan's upbringing, family, and work. When he fails to believe she's from LA, she says:

Yes, I’m one of the five, you can pinch me I’m real, see? Oh yes.

He obliges to pinch the star, but Meghan then looks confused when he tries to touch her a second time.

He then makes this bizarre comment:

Strangely hairless body you have. You’re quite the dolphin aren’t you?

Meghan responds by laughing, then quipping:

It’s not easy being a lady.

However, he just won't drop the topic.

You’re absolutely hair-free. Are you a competitive swimmer?

The 'hairless' theme then continued with Ferguson revealing he'd once shaved all his body hair when he got snowed in.

Finally, at the end of the interview, she mentions dressing in her school uniform, to which he replies:

Oh yeah?

He then quickly qualifies the comment by quickly adding, 'kind of a joke'.

Some people expressed how they didn't find anything wrong with the interview:

However, many Twitter users have been quick to call out the interview as 'sexist' and 'creepy'.

What do you think? Was the interview harmless fun, or creepy and sexist?
