Keeping in touch with your parents is important, especially if you’re abroad. They worry.
Irishman Roger Ryan, who is travelling in Australia, decided that the best time to start a Skype chat with his parents was just before a sky dive from 14,000 feet.
He was right. Their reaction, although a little sweary, was exceptional.
Ryan's parents appeared to have not quite realised he was in an aeroplane in time for the jump, eliciting a reaction of surprise which is certain to brighten your day.
The video was uploaded to YouTube by HostelWorld's channel, capturing his father's now-immortal line:
He's doing a selfie coming down in the f*ing airplane!
Ah, parents.
The video has hit over 900,000 views since being uploaded this week.
