A giant carpet of flowers has been placed in the centre of Brussels to celebrate 50 years since the migration of Turkish workers to Belgium.
Over 600,000 begonias were used to make the 75x25 metre carpet which features Turkish Usak patterns.
It took 100 workers all day to create the carpet which is being held at the Grand Place in Brussels over the weekend to commemorate a bilateral guest workers agreement between Belgium and Turkey in 1964.
