He made a very speedy exit.
Luckily due to his quick thinking, Broxton got away safely and lived to tell the tale – well, shoot the footage – of the bison.

People were quick to to point out advice apparently from Yellowstone National Park on keeping a social distance bison, which to his credit, Broxton did.

There are approximately 3,000 wild bison in Yellowstone National Park, with the males weighing up to a tonne and standing six feet tall.
