Ukip's friends of Israel group has the world's least appropriate logo

As Jewish Chronicle editor Stephen Pollard has pointed out, this is actually the logo for Ukip's 'Friends of Israel' group. Really.

Shneur Odze, the group's chair as of last night's AGM, has since tweeted that "on reflection" he can see their point.

Friends of Israel in Ukip has also apologised from its official account, saying it plans to reconvene its PR committee. We recommend rehauling it.
