Although it didn't walk away with as many Oscars as some might have hoped, Greta Gerwig's Little Women has won enough people over to continue on in film lovers' hearts for a long time to come.
Upon the release of the film, memes weren't that great, but thanks to the wonders of the internet, one its most pivotal and emotional scenes has become a meme.
Warning: If you haven't seen Little Women and don't want it to be spoiled feel free to leave this article now.
The scene in question is Timothee Chalamet's Laurie has his proposal of marriage to Saoirse Ronan's Jo March passionately denied in a heart-wrenching scene.
Out of context, seeing Ronan say "I can't" over and over again might not sound that funny but when it's placed alongside things people have intended to do and fail to do so it's actually pretty darn hilarious.
