Miley Cyrus just told the sweetest story about her boyfriend

Miley Cyrus reunited with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth just over a year ago, and rumours have been flying that the two are now engaged.

But never mind that, Cyrus has a much more exciting story.

Speaking on Howard Stern’s radio show the famous singer discussed the events that lead up to her penning the song Malibu.

She explained:

The house that I recorded my first Miley Cyrus record in is the house that I live in now, but by chance.

Me and Liam, who's my boyfriend, we've been together for a while, but we broke up for a second. And when we broke up, he wanted to get away from me and he moved to Malibu and bought this house.

He didn't know that it was the house that I recorded my first album in. And the person hid all of the plaques in the garage, so he would still buy the house.

So then he went to move in and was like, 'Fuck! I cannot get away. This bitch is all over my fucking house.' And all my plaques are everywhere.

And so, now that we're back together, my song 'Malibu' is about the house that I live in in Malibu, which is where I recorded my first album.

The universe is trying to tell these two something.
