Over the past few days a Facebook group called 'Turns out Kavos was ready for you' has gone viral.
The page hosts pictures of predominately British tourists on the Greek island in various states of consciousness and dress thanks to - shall we say - slight overindulgence in holiday antics. The group has racked up 16,000 fans in the space of just seven weeks thanks to the cringe value of its content:
While several news outlets have been reporting that 'Turns out Kavos was ready for you' was started by "fed up" local residents, it's actually the brainchild of Silvar Laidlow from Bedfordshire, who works as a DJ on the island and even hosts his own show 'Three Lads & a Banta Pizza'.
