Here's the curious reason why '2nd January' is trending on Twitter

Over on UK Twitter, "2nd January" is trending and there’s a very specific reason why.

Obviously it’s annoying for those people still working but there is plenty of joy in the air as many members of the Great British public prepare to enjoy a bit of time off from the ol’ nine-to-five. And who can blame them? Everyone who has to work, obviously.
