Donald Trump's Hollywood Walk of Fame star is starting to create as many stories as the man it is in honour of.
This year alone it has already been destroyed with a pickaxe, threatened with removal, guarded by 'Russian soldiers' and duplicated by Trump supporters.
Now it is in the news again after street artist 'Plastic Jesus' literally placed the star behind bars as if it was in jail.
The artist then tweeted a video of his work with tourists on Hollywood Blvd taking photos of the star. The tweet was accompanied with the caption 'Trump behind bars. Finally.'
Speaking to CNNthe British-born artist explained the logic behind the piece.
Well, 'cause (Trump's) going to jail.
I try to do my pieces in a way which doesn't vandalise the Walk of Fame too much.
He also told the New York Post, "I feel that Trump should be jailed for his corruption."
This isn't the first time that Plastic Jesus has defaced the star. In August he placed miniature prison walls around the landmark.
Images of the latest piece were circulated online on Thursday but was reportedly removed by noon the same day.
