Rugby star Jarryd Hayne was giving a talk on online safety at an Australian high school - using his own devices in the demonstration. Unfortunately, he'd forgotten to wipe his browser history.
His personal online browser suddenly appeared on the big screen, and a mobile device entered the fray - displaying a very NSFW video, which included topless women.
The very definition of 'rookie error'.

The Norton Security employee who was giving the demonstration with him, Nick Savvides, has apologised for the incident, and later said the images had come from someone else's phone.
At first, Hayne tried to claim it was "a hack".
