People are losing it over the recent Snapchat overhaul. Some have gone as far as to demand the company revert back to the app's old design.
The social media giant first announced major changes in November 2017, with app's boss Evan Spiegel commenting that the redesign was to make it “more personal".
He added that people complain that posts from friends are mixed in the photos and videos from publishers and creators.
Mr Spiegel said:
That’s why today we’re separating the social from the media and reorganising Snapchat around your relationships to make it more personal.
People are not having any of it.
Others tweeted Snapchat directly:
It seems to have perplexed some users
Chrissy Teigen doesn't seem happy either
Others pleaded for help
This person said the update ruined their life
Some users, however, praised the apps new Bitmoji additions.
The makers of Snapchat said some users had found the app difficult to understand and use, and that they expect some disruption because of the update:
There is a strong likelihood that the redesign of our application will be disruptive to our business in the short term, and we don’t yet know how the behaviour of our community will change when they begin to use our updated application.
We’re willing to take that risk for what we believe are substantial long-term benefits to our business.
