This afternoon, the leaders of the United States and the United Kingdom held a press conference. And it was interesting to say the very least.
British PM Theresa May met with the newly elected Donald Trump to discuss important matters; such as a trade deal between the two countries, the importance of Nato and the unethical use of torture to obtain information from suspects.
It appears the PM was also there to give The Donald's ego an almighty stroke.
While addressing the world's press, Theresa May congratulated Trump on his 'stunning victory'.
Firstly: Yes, it really happened:

Many thought it was a savvy PM stroking the orange ego in order to bolster trade negotiations.

There were theories that it had been agreed upon prior to the conference:
