Prince Harry's ex attended the royal wedding and everyone made the same joke

Bumping into your ex is always awkward, no matter the situation or environment.

So it's a little curious that Prince Harry's ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davis was in attendance at today's royal wedding.

Both Harry and Chelsy were together for a number of year,s and Chelsy was even in attendance at William and Kate's wedding in 2011.

Although they're no longer romantically associated, they're still friends, and it makes sense to invite your mates along to the big day.

Perhaps that was an idea that wasn't fully thought through, as an image of Chelsy at today's ceremony has gone viral for all the wrong reasons.

One word: awkward.

It didn't end there either.

There were plenty of other jokes doing the rounds too.
