Sky News report interrupted by bizarre question from passerby

News reporters are coached to keep their cool on camera, but their training probably doesn't cover a situation like this.

Political reporter Lewis Goodall was covering a significant meeting of the government's emergency Cobra committee from Whitehall.

But a man walking past decided Cobra could wait and slid in next to Goodall, asking:

Did you see a skinhead running past with a mobile phone?

Goodall - who glanced at him dismissively before ploughing on as if nothing happened - might be the only person uninterested in the story behind that bizarre question.

It later emerged that the passerby is Irish prankster James Slattery.

Slattery was even dedicated enough to do the gag with crutches.
