Krispy Kreme is investigating after a YouTube video of what looks like insects falling into doughnut glaze horrified the internet.

The company has since claimed that the black spots were crumbs.

We hope you will accept our apology and return to the store. We value your business and your expectation to be treated with respect and courtesy.
