People are rightly outraged by this tea-making video

If there’s one thing guaranteed to spark a fight on UK Twitter, it’s cups of tea.

Whether it’s how best to make it, when to drink it, or...whatever this video is.

Twitter user @hollharl posted the offending video to Twitter with the caption “My boyfriend has made the worst video in the world”.

The video has to be seen to be believed, but essentially it shows a cup of tea being made sugar, milk and water first...with the bag being dipped in for mere seconds at the end.

Obviously, there was mass outrage in the replies, with one user saying “I hate tea and this offended me.” and another melodramatically adding,

This is the worst thing I have ever seen will no one think of the children.

Holly confirmed the suspicions of many that this couldn’t possibly be anything other than a wind-up:

It was purposely created to horrify people but I just never thought it would be quite this many people.

Nevertheless, it’s racked up almost 8k retweets in just a couple of days and still has people talking.
