President of the United States and tweeter-in-chief Donald Trump shared some more of his thoughts on Friday evening.

Writing late on Friday, the president appeared to be reacting to the lifting of his executive order "protecting the nation from foreign terrorist entry".

On 27 January the president has signed an executive order which suspended all refugees from entering the US for 120 days, barred visa applications from seven countries with Muslim majorities for 90 days, and refugees from Syria indefinitely.

On Friday, federal judge James Robart of Washington ruled against the ban.

His ruling applied nationwide, and CNN reported that at 9pm (EST) US Customs and Border Protection instructed airport security to return to "business as usual", meaning the regulations prior to the ban.

The White House intends to challenge the Robart's ruling.

It was in this context that the president appeared to defence his original policy.

Critic of the administration and model Chrissy Teigen responded promptly.

Zing.

Teigen has made a habit of baiting the president's supporters and members of the far right.

When white nationalist Richard Spencer was filmed being punched in the face, Teigen brought similar ridicule.
