Vegans getting offended by everything can often be a lazy stereotype - but this person managed to live up to it.

A police team in North Wales recently shared a photo of their hard-earned breakfast on Twitter.

Yup, pretty uneventful. The staff probably tucked in and thought nothing more of it.

One Twitter user, however, shared her outrage at the picture, after apparently finding the fry-up upsetting.

A user who goes by the name 'Diana' said in a now-deleted tweeted:

Speaking as a tax payer I'd prefer them to be less selective when answering questions and perhaps not post breakfast pics that offend vegetarian/vegan followers - pretty thoughtless considering the job title they have.

The team consequently decided to no longer reply to Twitter comments - and used a screenshot of the tweet as their only explanation.

People were outraged - more about the complaint than the bacon and sausage.

This is why we can't have nice things.

But at least the team still have their cooked breakfasts.
